Dexia Public Finance Bank, based
in London, is the commercial banking UK subsidiary
of Dexia Crédit Local and has established itself
as a leading player in the UK public finance and
project finance markets.
Given the focus on
public infrastructure, the UK’s Private Finance
Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnerships
(PPP) form a substantial part of Dexia’s core
business.
Dexia is also a major player in
financing the UK social housing
sector.
